We are delighted to introduce the latest enhancements to our map features on both web and mobile platforms, aimed at elevating user experience to a new level of efficiency
With the new map updates we have:
- Provided a comprehensive view of all customers, allowing for effortless identification of areas with lower density
- Optimised the map layout by providing a cleaner, spacious interface, minimising clutter for enhanced visibility
- Significantly improved the performance to ensure faster loading times, allowing you to access customer data promptly
A few more additions to the map & CRM experience:
We have introduced additional visit filters to assist in refining the search for customers
A comprehensive view of all customers on the mobile map
The app will now automatically ends visits when users are far from the customer location to ensure accurate reporting of time spent at customer location

Planner Events Validation
Empower your field teams to independently schedule their daily visits, while retaining the option for managerial validation. This approach reflects our commitment to fostering a sense of ownership and accountability within your team, without compromising on the oversight necessary for effective management.

Improved Order Management
We are working on an end-to-end solution for seamless order placement and delivery. This new system will facilitates immediate order placements and management. Additionally, this system will streamline effective price, promotions, and tax management processes.This development addresses our commitment to enhancing our field sales use case and evolves our app into a more comprehensive Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution.

On the field with Nestlé Senegal
Hermenegildo, our West Africa Operations Manager, just wrapped up an incredible week on the ground with the Nestlé Senegal teams. Together, they covered Touba, Diourbel, Thiès, Tamba, Kaolack, and Mbour, proving that at FieldPro, we go where our users are – even beyond the capital!
We don’t just roll out our solutions; we ensure they’re perfectly tailored to each region, with top-notch support every step of the way.
FieldPro in Turkey
We had the pleasure of being #onthefield with Nestle Turkey to prepare the recent launch of our eB2B application FieldPro Direct ! It will help create a direct and digitised ecosystem between the stores, the commercial team, the distributors and Nestlé.
1,000 convenience stores, restaurants, vet / pet shops, etc are now able to order directly on our app to their distributors, in the different Nestlé universes, Waters, Food & Beverage and Purina Petcare products. The app is designed to simplify the ordering process through AI recommendations on products and quantities to pick to avoid out of stock and take advantage of available promotions!
On the field in DRC
After a successful mission in #Mali, our Operations Manager for West Africa, Hermenegildo, went to the Democratic Republic of #Congo for 2 weeks, to support our customers, and more specifically #Nestlé !
